I first met Isabella's Mum, Kim Peatfield 2 years ago at the launch of the Little Terra Shop in Derby. We laughed over our shared unusual surname & compared family links, to find that we are not distantly related, it was just pure coincidence!

When I read about what Kim & her family went through 6 years ago, I was moved to tears. I have a daughter the same age as Isabella & with the same surname. So often we read of terrible things happening to wonderful people, but it is not often that something so close, in location (the Peatfields live in Ashbourne), association, or similarities.

The aim of the Fund is to raise money to make small differences that will have a big impact on the lives of the local children. Thanks to your support at the Bump to Five Show, The Fund was able to purchase a playground & install it in September 2011. As you can see from the smiling faces, the children love it!
