Franchise

a fantastic opportunity

Lots for Tots Derby and Lots for Tots Nottingham magazine franchise for sale. We are looking for a parent living in these areas who is ready to invest in a 5 year business in order to work from home, to suit their family life.
This is a fantastic opportunity as usually our franchises are required to build the business from scratch. We are able to offer you a magazine that has already been running in the area. This means that the reputation has been building, the advertising sales are already proven and the hard work building up a business database, distribution database and researching your area for toddler group information is already done for you.

Add to that full training, support, the benefit of using the respected & loved Lots for Tots brand, our experience, proven success formula and support network - you have an amazing business waiting for you.
This opportunity would ideally suit someone with children in Nursery, Pre-School or School as you need time in the day to commit to the business. The perfect franchisee would have a sales or marketing background, be highly driven to make a profitable success of the magazine and equally as important, get the useful information out to as many parents as possible.

Being a Lots for Tots Editor involves tele-sales, social media knowledge, admin such as database entry and invoicing, editing & design (training given) and distribution 4 times a year. The magazine is quarterly and revolves around school/ Nursery holiday times so it suits your family.
Please email franchise@lotsfortots.co.uk for further information. When emailing us, tell us your work experience, where you live & about your family. Areas across the UK available.

Nadine is a supportive, flexible and understanding Franchisor. She knows the challenges that come from running a Lots for Tots magazine while juggling parenthood because she has done it herself and continues to run magazines when they are between Editors. She re-invests, always looking for ways to make our working lives easier, and keeps the brand fresh, up to date and in the forefront of Social Media. She is on hand for support, advice, a shoulder, practical help, training and meet ups. She truly is a member of the team, rolling up her sleeves and mucking in

I love working with Lots for Tots. They are really fair and what made a difference to the other franchise I looked at about 3 years ago is that you are charged the management fee on what you earn so it’s in your own hands to grow your business. The other franchise was a crazy start up fee and unachievable projected earnings, not to mention bonkers monthly fee

Since completing the excellent initial training  Nadine is always on hand to answer any questions and is a continual support. I am a stay at home mum to a 6 year old and a 2 year old and with a husband that spends a lot of time working away I needed to have a job where I can work from home and one that is flexible. Being the Editor of the Derby magazine is proving to fit in well with family life. I am able to work when it is convenient to me and the busiest times are during school term time, allowing free time during the school holidays. A big reason for taking on this franchise was simply because I love the magazine. As a parent myself I know how well received it is by the carers of young children. I know that many parents call it their 'survival guide' . There is always excitement and lots of people asking when the next issue will be distributed and I feel even more excited to be able to bring that to them
